For independent, family owned practices. Three founding seats.
Not leads. Not booked appointments. Patients who attended a consultation, accepted treatment and paid. Three founding practices, at a rate that will not exist again after them.
Three minutes. Real questions about your practice, not a name and an email. I check whether your territory is open before either of us spends an hour on a call.
In an audit of 2,241 companies, the average first response to an inquiry was 42 hours. Only 37 percent answered within the hour. Responding inside five minutes made contact roughly 100 times more likely than waiting thirty.
Most independent practices live somewhere inside that 42 hours. The inquiry that arrives at nine on a Thursday night gets seen Friday morning, called once, and lost to voicemail. By the time anybody tries again, that person is somebody else’s patient.
Nothing in your practice management software reports that patient, because they never became one. So it happens again next week, and the week after, and the only visible symptom is a schedule that is quieter than it should be.
You do not have a lead problem. You have a Tuesday afternoon problem.
Day, night, weekend, holiday. Not an autoresponder. A real conversation that asks what they need and offers them a time, with escalation to a person during office hours.
Chase sequences for the ones who go quiet. Reminders at 24 hours, two hours and fifteen minutes. No show recovery. Cancellation backfill, so a hole in Thursday gets filled off the list instead of staying a hole. Your front desk runs none of it.
Not your practice generally. One service line, with the ad, the page, the follow up and the offer all aimed at that single case type.
Before any of that, we go back through the patients already in your software. The ones who accepted treatment and never scheduled it, and the ones who have not been in for eighteen months. That usually books cases before a dollar of ad spend goes out, because you already paid for those people once.
| What you get | Value |
|---|---|
| Speed to Lead. Every inquiry answered in under 60 seconds, 24 hours a day, with escalation to a person during office hours | 6,000 |
| Full message automation built in GoHighLevel. Instant response, chase sequence, appointment reminders, no show recovery, cancellation backfill | 3,500 |
| GoHighLevel account included free for the full 90 days. No software bill, nothing to set up, nothing for your staff to learn | 1,200 |
| One high value service line landing page, built and maintained for conversion | 4,000 |
| Campaign build and daily management, pointed at one service line rather than the practice generally | 4,500 |
| Conversion tracking and attribution built correctly. GA4, Tag Manager, CAPI, call tracking, UTMs | 2,500 |
| Google Business Profile rebuild and local search sprint | 2,400 |
| Dormant patient reactivation, run before a dollar of ad spend | 1,500 |
| Weekly scorecard and one monthly strategy call | 1,500 |
| Continuation rate of 1,997 per month locked for 12 months after the 90 days. Standard rate for this scope is 2,997 | 12,000 |
| Your case study, produced and handed to you to use in your own marketing, recruiting and referral conversations | 3,000 |
| Twelve months of Google Business Profile and local search management after the 90 days, at no additional cost | 9,600 |
| Direct access to me. No account manager, now or ever | not priced |
| Total value | 51,700 dollars |
Your investment is 5,000 dollars for the ninety days. Or 2,000 now and 5,000 when the fifteenth paying patient is generated.
If I do not deliver fifteen paying patients in ninety days, you receive a full refund of the fee and I continue working at no fee until you have fifteen. That is a refund and continued work, not one or the other.
A paying patient is somebody who is new to the practice or has not been seen in more than 18 months, came through the engine tracked and attributed, attended a consultation and accepted treatment on a service named in the agreement, and made a payment or signed a financing agreement. Not a lead. Not a booked appointment. Not a consultation. A paid, started case.
Conditional on the 300 dollar per day media minimum and the practice side terms, both stated further down this page and written into the agreement.
You cannot finish this ninety days worse off than you started it. That is the whole design.
| Path | What you pay | If we miss fifteen |
|---|---|---|
| A | 5,000 at signing. | The full 5,000 back, and I keep working at no fee until you have fifteen. You keep every asset built. |
| B | 2,000 now, 5,000 when the fifteenth paying patient is generated. Total 7,000. | You never owe the 5,000, and I keep working at no fee until we get there. The 2,000 covers the build and is not refunded. |
Path B costs two thousand more in total, because you are paying a premium to move the risk off your side of the table. Plenty of owners take it and it is a fair trade.
I have built and verified every piece of this in production. What I do not have yet is a named healthcare case study. I have one healthcare client and the work is early. That is the honest position and you would find it out anyway.
So three practices get this at a rate that will never exist again, and in exchange I use your name and your numbers. After those three, the price goes to what it is worth.
If I had ten case studies I would be charging more and guaranteeing less. That is how it works everywhere, including here.
You need to spend 300 dollars a day on advertising, paid by you directly to the platforms. That is roughly 9,000 a month and 27,000 across the ninety days. It does not come to me and it is not part of my fee.
That spend is what makes fifteen paid cases possible. A guarantee with nothing behind it is the thing you have already been sold once, and I am not going to hand you another one.
If that is not where your practice is right now, do not apply. I would rather you know today than after an hour on the phone with me.
Counts are reconciled every week on the scorecard, so nothing gets argued about at day ninety. If something slips on your side I tell you in writing and you get ten business days to fix it.
I am Dustin Hobbs. I run Louisville Web Lab, and there is no team behind that sentence.
Before this I spent fifteen years in management running trade compliance, working directly with US Customs. That is a job where a number in the wrong field is not a typo, it is a violation, and somebody answers for it. I build marketing accounts the same way, which is how I found a broken conversion tag on a client account that had been feeding false data into every optimization decision on it for months.
The person who sells this is the person who builds it. There is no account manager, no junior, and nobody for me to blame when something does not work.
Keep them. I am not asking you to fire anybody. I run one service line and I am measured on paid cases, so if what they do is working you will see the difference clearly and if it is not you will see that too.
Close to nothing, and that is deliberate. The response and the follow up run whether or not anybody is at the desk. The only thing your team does is return the calls the system books during business hours.
Nothing I build stores clinical information. The automation handles scheduling and contact only, and that is a decision made on purpose rather than a default setting. It is a fair question and I would rather you ask it than assume.
Three places, in this order. Your dormant patients and unscheduled treatment plans, which cost nothing in media. Inquiries you are already receiving and losing after hours. And then the campaign, which is the slowest of the three and the reason the window is ninety days rather than thirty.
You continue at 1,997 a month, locked for twelve months, or you stop. Either way you keep the tracking, the page, the automation and the Google Business Profile work.
Apply and say so. I will tell you on the call, and if the math does not work I will say that rather than sell you something.
Because I am buying case studies, not filling a roster. Once I have three named practices with real numbers, this rate stops existing and the price goes to what the work is worth.
Three minutes. I check territory before either of us spends an hour on a call.
The call is with me, Dustin Hobbs, and runs thirty to forty five minutes.
